Balzac Café — Restaurant in Palanga

I had a mixed experience at the Balzac Cafe. The view and overall ambiance were lovely, and I enjoyed my time there. However, my visit to the cafe was disappointing due to the poor service. I had to search for a menu on my own while other tables around me were served. The attention to my one-person table was lacking, even though the place wasn't crowded. Sadly, as it is a wonderful place to sit (the view from the garden is quite nice), you would be better off takings snacks and coffee from the main street as it would be tastier and cheaper. A piece of cake 10€, coffee that was poorly made 5€. It is not about the prices but more about quality of food and drinks all together. Might be a biggest disappointment ever.
