Čili Pizza (PC „Panorama“) — Restaurant in Vilnius

I came today at 12:00 with my 3 year old who said he was hungry, only after 45 min they came with the food. Even after asking several times about the order they didn't react much. I understand sometimes it takes too much time to prepare certain food. But to MANAGE the situation is critical here, especially my son was extremely hungry to eat anything. The worst of Cili restaurants, bad completally everything:

1. Dishes all time came slowly, when i ordered usual margarita pizza or some kebab (the longest waiting time was for margarita - 1,5 hour).
2. Waiters show no interest to you at all, 50% of them are completally rude. I was the only from group speaking lithuanian and only i saw some respectful attitude from all my group.
3. Dish and service definitely don't worth this waiting - save your time and mood and go to...

Such a poor service of waitresses,even strange, restaurant is in the fancy mall,but service is like in some kind of deep nowhere, if this is normal to wait 15 minutes while one of them innocently noticed that our table isn't served,then it's ok.
