Ali Šokoladine is a delightful chocolate, cake and coffee shop in Vilnius. The deserts are expertly crafted with rich flavours ranging from raspberry, pistachios, yuzu lemon and caramel chocolate. The store offers give assorted chocolate gift boxes and signature flavourful and colourful macaroons, cakes and rustic breads. There is also a coffee station with capris but milk alternatives as well as fresh squeezed fruit juice. The desserts are beautifully presented and baked. To make sure I asked if I can be provided with all of the ingredients in the dessert suggested. Employee started to talk quite kreeping her voise up and explaining all the process of bakery which I did not ask. She ended her talk by saying that suggested dessert did contain gluten on top, but it can be taken away. This does not work for people with this tipe of condition. Mr. Google, please take into account this real figure while calculating the average.
Why: we visited the place around 3 PM on Saturday, ordered 2 Espresso. And, after several reminders, we received espressoes after some 15-20 minutes, without water. Again reminder about water - it really came only some 5 minutes later, when the coffee was already gone.
And meanwhile girls at the counter were constantly giving orders to those preparing coffee "do this, do that, clean table, ..." It was very obvious hierarchical, not TEAM approach...
