Sushi Boutique Vilnius (PLC Panorama) — Restaurant in Vilnius

I would like start with "This is the best sushi I have ever eaten". Five stars all across the board. Someone put a lot of planning, love and passion into this and it really shows. Now for the details. The Sushi place itself is located in the Panorama "Gourmet" section, They do not have a separate restaurant, only a small section in the gourmet mini street. The first impression is great, you can see the ingredients used for sushi on display in a special fridge. There are bar stools right next to the counter and you can see all the sushi being made. The quality off all the products are superb, the tuna, the salmon, the crabs melt in your mouth. The rice is soft and fluffy, yet keeps its form so well. The variation is great, besides all the popular standard sushi combinations they have so many unique great combinations i haven't seen anywhere else. Besides the sushi they provide special sauces along with the soy sauce, they all go very well with the sushi. On a side note, I am pretty sure they pickle their own ginger. Don't be surprised when you see the pale-ish yellow ginger instead of the pink pickled stuff you are used to. Event the pickled ginger had a rich and refreshing taste. This sushi has brought so much joy to my evening I cannot even express it all.

Great place! I would not only recommend, but ENCOURAGE you! Come here! Try their sushi! Support them in their cause. This place is someones child of love and well planing, something I almost never see around here. Keep it up guys! I sincerely hope your business will thrive and we will get to see more locations show up...

Drįstame pripažinti - išties unikalus asmens savybių rinkinys - visų pirma, maksimaliai orientuotas į klientą, stengiasi įsiklausyti kas klientui labai svarbu, pvz., ingredientai pateikiant OMAKASE rinkinuką (šefo improvizacija), labai kreipia dėmesį į gaminamo sušio kokybę (atrodo, kad tą kiekvieną sušį gamina su maks. atsidavimu), labai draugiškas ir ypatingai maloniai bendraujantis, spinduliuojantis pozityvumu ir visada besišypsantis, be to - empatiška asmenybė, stengiasi sukurti ilgalaikį ryšį su klientu taip, siekdamas įtraukti ne tik jį/ją užtikrindamas kliento pastovumą, bet ir strategiškai vertinant kitų potencialių klientų atvedimą per gerąją patirtį. Pvz., mano žmona rekomendavo SUSHI BOUTIQUE savo kolegoms iš vienos LT lyderiaujančių kompanijų. Ir dabar, ir jie užsakinėja sušius atvežimui į biurą. Beje, pamenu vieną labai konkrečią situaciją, ėjau pro šalį, pasisveikinau su besišypsančiu Augustinu, pasakiau, kad vardan įvairovės eisiu pabandysiu paragauti kito maisto, nes jau tris savaites non-stop čia valgau. Augustinas paklausė - o gal vis dėlto mūsų komanda SUSHI BOUTIQUE galime atliepti Jūsų norą pakeisti skonius, aš Augustino paklausiau - o ką galite kitokio pasiūlyti. Pasiūlė OMAKASE (tada dar nebuvau ragavęs) labai atidžiai ir įdėmiai išsiaiškindamas ko aš tą dieną norėjau ir nuo to laiko 3 mėn. valgiau vien OMAKASE. :))) Augustinas labai gerai komunikavo ir su visa komanda, kad perduotų išrankaus kliento norus ir kitiems šauniems kolegoms (nes jis juk negali dirbti 24/7) - tai reiškia, kad yra žmogus ne tik puikiai mokantis pagaminti maistą, bet turintis ir kitų labai gerų vadybinių-komunikacinių savybių, o ir visa SUSHI BOUTIQUE komanda kliento atžvilgiu veikia kaip puikiai sustyguotas ir itin gerai skambantis orkestras! Visa mūsų šeimyna - žemai lenkiame galvą tokiai asmenybei kaip Augustinas ir visai SUSHI BOUTIQUE komandai. Po Augustino priviliojimo į SUSHI BOUTIQUE, pagrinde tik čia jau ir valgome daugiau nei pusę metų. Saugokite šią komandą, nes tokį "orkestrą" surinkti jei netyčia kada ir buvo atsitiktinumas, tačiau nėra lenvas uždavinys dabar - išlaikyti!

I've probably had sushi all around Vilnius and some places are pretty high level. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Sushi Boutique is among one of those places. I recommend the woow roll (21) and the maguro mango tempura (14) Also the wife had the Udon Sriuba which was pretty tasty. The wasabi was as hot as I wanted it, if my nose doesn't burn, it's not good enough. Sake was a bit more price-wise than I expected but as the rest of the food, it was a great brand (Nigeria Sake) Last but not least, the service from one of the girls on the till was beyond any service I have ever had in all of Vilnius. The team here deserves your tip. Will definitely be coming back as I prefer the personal service than the faceless delivery....
