9 DRAKONAI — Restaurant in Vilnius

I have visited Vilnius lots of times, but I had never been into a 9 Drakonai. I was trying to decide between this and the samurai place and I made the right decision. I was served by an attractive and polite young man who spoke English well. He looked like he does well with the ladies and has clearly been brought up well. He helped me decide upon a dish that was effectively gluten free. I only have intolerance so sauces etc are generally fine. I ordered the haoboa beef with rice off the daily menu. After personally getting a drink from the bar with the young chap assisting me I returned to my seat. After about 15 SECONDS my food arrived, piping hot. This was the quickest I have ever received any food order. As I was alone (boo hoo) I was glad of this expedited service. I also went for the potato sticks starter, which if you like crisps are really good. I left a four euro tip in cash and I was on my way. I then visited the ice cream stand in ogmios centros and had a delightful conversation with a young, tall, slim, brunette girl working there. I couldn't help but imagine my two new young acquaintances being a great couple. Hopefully, the young chap has the confidence to chat to her a few times, and then ask her out. Never just ask out a woman right away as they say no out...

Restoraną 9 Drakonai lankomės gana dažnai, bet šis apsilankymas buvo tiesiog šokiruojantis dėl siaubingo aptarnavimo. Įėjus į restoraną niekas mūsų nepasitiko ir nepasisveikino. Atsisėdome prie staliuko, o kai paprašėme meniu, viena iš darbuotojų labai nepatenkintai atsakė: „Tuoj prieisiu“, – ir dar pavartė akis.

Tačiau labiausiai nustebino kitas dalykas. Mes buvome keturiese ir periodiškai išeidavome į lauką parūkyti, palikdami daiktus ant stalo. (išeidavome mes keliom minutėm) Grįžę radome visiškai nurinktą stalą – mūsų maistas ir gėrimai buvo išnešti, nors niekas jų nebaigė.

Kai atsisėdome atgal, mums vėl pasiūlė meniu. Paklausus, kur dingo mūsų užsakyti patiekalai ir gėrimai, personalas ilgai nieko nesakė, kol galiausiai vienas vaikinas priėjo ir atsiprašė, kad viską išnešė.

Kai užsiminėme apie galimą kompensaciją, nes neturėjome galimybės pabaigti savo maisto, mums atsakė, kad „vadovybė pyks“, todėl vienintelis pasiūlymas – kava. Jis pasakė: „Galiu jums padaryti nuolaidą, bet turėsiu mokėti iš savo kišenės.“ Mes į tai nieko neatsakėme, bet galiausiai jokia nuolaida taip ir nebuvo pritaikyta.

Susimokėjome pilną sąskaitą. Asmeniniai daiktai, kurie buvo palikti ant stalo, mums buvo grąžinti tik po to, kai patys jų paprašėme.

Labai gaila, nes šį restoraną mėgome ir dažnai lankėmės, tačiau po tokios patirties tikrai pagalvosime, ar verta sugrįžti. Restoranas randasi Verkių 27B. Nežinome mūsų padavėjo , nes aptarnavo...

Ordered a dinner around 21h via Wolt. To be honest it was a worst spent money this year. The Bao chicken felt like it was a leftover from yesterday's morning heated up in a microwave. Eggplant was nothing like we used to see in this restaurant before. Please see the photos attached, no more words needed to describe what we received.

By the way. Food is followed by diarrhoea and stomach pain.

Will never come back here and be careful...
