La Pasta — Restaurant in Vilnius

Worst experience in my life. From service to food. Very angry waiter was working alone, after we finally catch her we were waitfor day offer soup for a 15 min. That soup was without taste and potatoes with that soup looked that was eating before. We were very hungry so we decided to give a second chance for another deferent soup. That soup was worse than before ones. But we still were very hungry. So we were waiting for a day offer pizza. That pizza was with ham from basically market and mushrooms. The dough was horrible. Ok. We ate some this amazing food. Decided to pay for everything and go. After payment we understood that we pay more that expected. So we went inside the restaurant and tried to find someone for a talk. Sadly there were no one. So we stayed and waited. After some time the cooker came from outside and asked if something was wrong. We said that we want to talk with a waiters. She said that ok, you need to go outside and wait. We went outside and were waiting. After 5 min came waitress. We asked why we paid that price because on the billboard was written different and in the menu we couldn’t find that pizza. She said that was a mistake and they forgot to write the price and we should ask before ordering. Ok. So they returned us the difference what we paid and what was written on the board. And what I want to say in the final that waitress should wear longer dress, I don’t want to what you wear under and I don’t want to smell cigarettes from you while I am eating. Change everything...

I did a phone reservatiom for the table and I have been told, that kitchen will operate till 20.30 ( and the planned time for arrival was 20.00). Also I have been told, that the kitchen might stay open a bit longer in case there will be visitors. When we have arrived at 20.15 the rude lady started make conflict from the very first words. She stated that we are late, so they will not serve us and it was with agressive flavour. I’ve responded her that some misleading information allowed us to think that it is not a problem for a kittchen to stay a bit longer. She continued to argue and informed that the last order is20.15 and we are late. Technically, I think, we could make an order, but I did not wanted to stay at this place any longer. I have turned my back and went to the door. She was laudly telling me that I new information about the last order time which is not true. Me in louder tone responded to her that this is a lies. I have heared this info for the first time. Do you find this manner of talking to the people is OK? I mean she was very rude in her virbal and body language. I felt like I would be in the school when the teacher makes pupblic speach infornt of the class about you have been late. this is not somthing people looks when they go...

Was there twice this week (during public holiday on 15th of August and on Sunday 18th). This restaurant has several minuses. They are not so obvious, but definetely spoil the impression from the visit. On our first visit they lacked 3 dishes from the menu. Ok ..public holidays...then we ordered a bottle of prosecco - it was opened not in front of us but jn the kitchen and we got the opened bottle. When we asked for bowl with ice for it - they said that the ice making machine is broken... ok, public holidays. Bruschetta with anchouse (4 pieces) has one anchous on every second bruschetta. So 2 are without it. On the question why, the answer was - cause they are expensive... really? Why wouldnt you do it 1 eur more expensive and put it on 2 other ones?... on our second visit 3 days later - on the busiest day for this place they didnt have chocolate ice cream, didnt have spinath leaves for certain type of pizza and non alco beer was over. Also - ice making machine was still broken. So... food is for sure good, but you never can be sure you can eat what you googled before visit cause the ingredients...
