Cuproom Café — Restaurant in Vilnius

My friend recommended this place, so I agreed to check it out. The coffee shop itself is quite small, but I'd consider it to be nicely outiftted, doesn't feel corporate.

I decided to try out a cup of black coffee, and when I finally got to try it out, I was pleasantly surprised. You'd expect a regular coffee to be like fuel - bitter and dark, but this one was light on my tongue and full of fresh notes. You can actually taste the flavours pretentious coffee reviewers are talking about.

Also I must add how delightful the foam floating on top was. Just the right thickness and texture. Others might not find that important, but for me the added texture to the coffee brings the score to the perfect 10/10. So for now this will be my benchmark comparing other coffee shops.

The only downside I could find was the noise coming from the outside, there is some traffic going past the shop and it was kind of distracting, though I guess it has to do more with city planning than the...

Beautiful spot, location and work-wise acceptable...worst service I've ever had, unfortunately! I don't want to come back just because of this one girl's service. Sunday, Oct 15th, noon...foreign-speaking girl who spreads negativity, doesn't want to be there, not responsive, barely talks or makes eye-contact and is rude to customers who just say 'hello' + her being outside drinking her coffee and being on the phone while guests are waiting inside to order is probably not the worker you want to have. I usually don't write reviews but this one is worth every letter in this paragraph because it's not the first time and it's always her. Too bad, I won't be back if...

Terrible customer service.

The young lady working in the coffee place was not able to speak any Lithuanian (except English and Russian), not even basic Lithuanian such as sugar, coffee or milk.

When we entered the coffee place, had to wait until the lady decided to pay any attention to the standing queue of customers, she seemed too busy reading something and too bothered when asked whether we could order a drink and have a seat.

Impolite and unprofessional treatment by the staff. Would not recommend going to this...
