Best vietnamese restaurant in Vilnius!

I'm coming to another review:

I really love the spicy beef noodles and duck Bao, it remind me of taiwanese beef noodle and taieane Gao Bao!

I came here everytime when i visit Vilnius. The food quality is always great and consistent 😋😋😋

The service is good! The staffs are friendly

I already been here two times. can't say this is perfect because pho will usually come with another plate of basil and vegetables.

Even though, beef pho is already good enough for me. The soup has great taste and rich. It also comes with coriander and spring onion.

Beef is a bit hard, they can be more tender and juicy.

The shrimp summer rolls are great, it's quite big with a lot of vegetables and shrimp.

Price is good compare with other vietname restaurant in Vilnius

I like the environment very comfy and warm.

I visited Saigon two times, and both were really good and pleasant. Friendly tip: pay attention to what waiters recommend. The first time they've told me, Seafood soup is a must-have, and indeed it is: quite thick but not too much, light and spicy, just enough for a pleasant taste. The second time I've paired seafood soup with fried rice with beef, I do not remember when the last time I tasted beef this smooth and juicy. One of the waiters said, This is probably one of her favorite meals in the restaurant, and I totally agree with her. One thing to be cautious of: portions are huge. Seriously huge. It is no shame to ask to split it in half and maybe taste more meals, because I will repeat myself: they serve enormous amounts of food, so either come hungry or bring a hungry...

The food was overall okay, but we were very surprised to find on the bill that we were charged an extra 3 euros because we asked to remove the hot pepper and green onion from the noodles. The waitress said that this was because more tofu should have been added instead of what we asked to remove, but we didn't want more tofu at all and in any case it doesn't make sense to ask for an extra charge without informing us in advance. The waitress thought it was my fault for not understanding the logic in advance. Besides, it was disappointing that the tofu shiitake didn't have shiitake at all, only...
