Warm liability lawsuit waiting to happen with horrible service. I stayed in Neringa on a warm extended weekend during summer. It was too hot and I tried talking to the staff about help with my air conditioning, "we'll fix it", "you just have to adjust the settings", two warm and unbearable nights pas, day three I call them again and what do you know, they have to give me access so that I can adjust the air conditioning. Of course they tell me the last night. Also, the carpet in the room was held down with double-sided tape, except it had worn out so when I walked (on the carpet) across my room the the edge started to slide and I almost fell and cut my head on the furniture. This made me quite upset as you can understand and when I talked to the staff they said no one could help me fix it until the next day and I was almost in tears when they told me "we can give you a discount the next time you stay here". When I arrived I found pubis hair in the shower and a cracked glass by the faucet on which I could have cut my lip if I didn't notice it. Also the heating in the bathroom didn't come from the floor, it came from the wall with the bathroom mirror. Really unpleasant. This was not a four star hotel and a four star experience. I'm frankly chocked they're still in business.

Hotel Neringa is centrally located in the “downtown” area of Vilnius about a 15 minute walk from the old town and mere blocks from important historic sites. The hotel is immaculate. The rooms are spacious, relatively unadorned, with large windows and high ceiling and lovely wood furnishings and cabinets. Ample sized bathrooms (with bidet). Coffeemaker in room and amazing Lithuanian breakfast offerings each morning. There is a rooftop bar (that I have missed on both my “off season” stays) with sweeping views of the city, a nice gym, and lovely restaurant that is quite well-rated. The staff are warm, friendly, accommodating, and informative. There is a bike share right around the corner (something like €4 for a 3-day pass for bikes in good condition) which is handy if you want to shorten the duration of your trip to the old city (where a lot of the restaurants are located). There are three bars on property but I’ve only been to the one off the lobby - beautifully and comfortably appointed, reasonable wine list. Vilnius is a beautiful city and Hotel Neringa is about as good as it gets without hurting the wallet too much. The first photo below is taken from a terrace at the hotel and the second is obviously one of the rest rooms.

Neringa sounds beautiful and surely this hotel does justice to its wonderful name. Located right in the heart of the city, on the busiest, most well-known High Street, Gediminas avenue, Neringa is an exceptional hotel. We stayed with my wife for over a week, in a humble room on the 3rd floor without any views but we couldn't be any happier with our choice. The rooms were super clean, the quality of the decor is exquisite, newly refurbished, cozy, warm atmosphere. The room service was great, making our room tidy and spotless every day. Unfortunately, we didn't try the food at the their restaurant but we used the common spaces for some light work and felt relaxing. We definitely be choosing this hotel again on our visit. Hopefully, we can grab a good deal for a room with a view next time. Highly recommended.

Disappointing stay. Room cleaning could be improved – on several occasions trash and empty water bottles were left behind after service. Complimentary water was provided only on the first day. Breakfast was very modest and not of the best quality, especially when it comes to vegetables and healthier options. Hot dishes such as scrambled eggs were not included in the price, and the coffee served was unfortunately of poor quality.

Staff were not very welcoming, and interactions often felt unfriendly, which left a negative impression. During breakfast, the atmosphere created by the staff clearing tables seemed rushed and not particularly guest-oriented. On the positive side, rooms are quite spacious and equipped with an iron and ironing board. There is also a gym, though the treadmill could use some servicing. The hotel is pet-friendly, offering a dog bed, bowls, and even a small gift of chocolates, which was a nice touch. The biggest advantage of the hotel is without a doubt its excellent location. Unfortunately, the rooms are noisy at night due to loud parties and music coming from nearby bars, which can disturb rest.

The rooftop bar would benefit from more attentive service – tables were not always cleaned promptly, and menus were not readily offered. The area is also rather dark, which makes it difficult to read the menu without additional light.

Overall, for the price, the hotel did not meet expectations and fell short of the standards advertised. I rarely write reviews, but in this case I felt it was necessary, as this was the biggest downside of an otherwise beautiful trip to Vilnius. We will certainly return to Vilnius, but next time we will choose a different hotel. It is also surprising to see so many highly positive reviews, as we travel frequently and have a good basis for comparison with other hotels of a similar category.

This hotel does have potential, but more attention should definitely be paid to the quality of customer service. It would also be worth improving the breakfast offer by including freshly prepared dishes made by a chef – something that has already become a standard in hotels...

The experience is very bad for us! Actually the hotel is beautiful and the rooftop is not bad (but no availability if you don't reserve and this is our case). First of all, the bathroom smelled bad! Something like humidity or drainage. Then we found that the water in the sink did not work well: not powerful at all and if you flush toilet the water in the sink will become spoiling hot! We called the reception at night to see what they can do and someone came and said he couldn't do anything. The next day, nobody contacted us and we came to the reception again for this water problem. Another guy said he could change our room but right away (he can't wait us to come back late in the afternoon since the hotel is 100% booked). Then we refused since we didn't want him to pick up our luggages (it's our privacy). Then he said he could offer us a taxi to the airport the day we leave. Then just now we took the taxi and the driver ask us to pay ! OMG it's 20€ and more expensive than Uber (9€). It's a trap or something?? Another big problem is the breakfast. It costs us 15€/day which is a higher price than the city itself. Nobody told us that our room didn't include the breakfast and finally we have to pay without acknowledge the price. To avoid the hotel or please improve your services. You really...
