Edit: My visit with my wife didn't start as we hoped (read text below) and our visit overall wasn't what we expected this level hotel: We got our room quite late-about 23.00 and as we reached our room, we felt, it was wery warm. Air condition control panel showed 26,5°C so our room was almost like sauna. We tried to adjust temperature by the control panel but nothing happened. About 23.50 my wife called reception who told, that the room's conrol panel is out of order (why didnt she tell us that when we booked in???). However after the call the reception adjusted remotely temperature as we hoped so case room temperature was solved. The room itself was poorly cleaned, There were holes in bedsheet etc.
We stayed on the 4 floor and elevators didn't work properly. In neither elevators push button didn't work and we had to ask the cleaning lady to open service elevator for us. I don't write easily this kind of things but really, there is something wrong in the hotel management.
Our coming to the hotel; I am already writing although my visit is still goin on. Me and my wife just booked in after kind of "mission impossible". We booked room and hotels parking space. We arrived Vilnus in the evening at 22.00. Hotel was in my gps, but because many streets are closed for cars at that hour, finding route was more than difficult. My wife walked to ask advice from reception but their advise couldn't bring us with the car on the hotels parkin space. After 20 minutes driving around Vilnuscenter near hotel area, we found the right place only to hear, that all parking places are gone and we had to negotiate with the reception, that we could leave our car on some place(not hotels). Guys, you really have to give your customers valid guides, how to find hotels parking place also...
Read moreStaying at the Congress Avenue Hotel in Central Vilnius was a genuinely fantastic experience, and I couldn't recommend it more highly. Its location is simply unbeatable—right on Gedimino Avenue, putting you directly in the vibrant heart of the city. We could easily walk to the main sights, charming cafes, and beautiful Old Town streets without any hassle. The hotel truly excels in its key offerings. The breakfast spread was a massive highlight of our stay. It was fresh, varied, and delicious, providing the perfect fuel for a day of exploring. I particularly appreciated the wide selection of local and international options, ensuring there was something for everyone. The amenities were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, from our room to the common areas. The service at the reception desk was consistently excellent; the staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to assist with our questions and recommendations. They genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The only minor detail that stood out was the slightly odd placement of the bedside light buttons—they were a bit hidden and took a moment to find. However, this is such a tiny, insignificant point in what was otherwise a perfect stay. If you're planning a trip to Vilnius and want a hotel that combines a superb location, wonderful breakfast, and top-notch service with pristine facilities, the Congress Avenue Hotel is the ideal choice. It’s the kind of place that truly enhances your trip and makes you...
