Title: Disappointing Dining Experience - Rude and Arrogant Owner
My recent visit to Hot stone left me utterly disappointed and frustrated due to the appalling behavior of the owner. Not only was the owner extremely rude and arrogant, but their condescending attitude towards us made the entire dining experience quite unpleasant.
From the moment we entered the restaurant, it was evident that the owner had an air of superiority. Instead of greeting us warmly like any hospitality professional would, they greeted us with a dismissive glance and a curt nod. Their lack of courtesy was evident throughout the entire aftermovie, leaving a sour taste in our mouths.
What truly astounded me was the owner's audacity when we expressed our desire to have our main course before indulging in dessert. Despite our valid request, the owner belittled us, asserting that their restaurant has a particular "dining protocol" that should be strictly followed. Their insistence on enforcing this protocol, rather than accommodating our simple preference, was both unreasonable and disrespectful.
Throughout our meal, the owner's haughty demeanor was consistently on display. They made us feel as though we were unwelcome guests, merely an inconvenience to their establishment. Their arrogance overshadowed any potential enjoyment we might have derived from the meal itself.
As a discerning diner, I value not only the quality of the food but also the overall dining experience. Unfortunately, hot stone restaurant failed to deliver on both fronts due to the owner's behavior. It is disheartening to witness such disregard for basic customer service and a complete lack of professionalism.
I strongly urge potential patrons to reconsider their choice of dining at Hot stone It is regrettable that such a promising culinary establishment is marred by the owner's abhorrent attitude. We should not have to tolerate such disrespectful treatment when we choose to spend our hard-earned money on a dining experience.
In conclusion, I advise anyone seeking a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience to look elsewhere. The owner's rude and arrogant behavior at Hot Stone restaurant tarnishes its reputation, and I sincerely hope that management takes immediate action to...

We heard about this restaurant from a colleague and had very high hopes. Unfortunately we left feeling disappointed and angry.
Upon our arrival, we requested an outdoor table from the male waiter, to which he condescendingly retorted, "it is too cold for you", even though it was sunny and very pleasant outside. Eventually, we were allowed to sit outside and the temperature was absolutely fine.
We ordered a hot stone plate to share, which triggered a barrage of unwarranted criticism from the waiter. The Apfelschorle was a dismal disappointment, barely fizzing and the aperol glass was broken. When we finished our meal, the waiter reiterated how each person should have their own hot stone plate ("I don't know where you are from but here we..."), all while saying sexist things about women's eating habits.
At the end we asked to pay and when he brought the receipt we asked to pay separately, which was not an option because it was our fault for not saying it before. This is the job of the waiter to ask before if it is a problem to split the bill at the table.
It was a real shame that the service was so bad because the food...
Read moreI came for dinner on Friday night just when they opened (6 pm) and it was great. Unlike many reviews, I had an excellent service by a blonde lady who suggested me to have the “pierrade” and teach me how to manage the cooking of different meat pieces. She was gentle and provided good service. Before getting the main course, I was offered a delicious bread with butter and a homemade pate. The “pierrace” is perfect if you are hungry (as I was), but I guess it could fit two people (the 300 gr. mix meat option). The sauces were good, but the salad had so much mayonnaise that it was disgusting (that’s why I am giving only 4/5 stars for food). The chocolate mousse was okay, but I might have expected more. Definitely the best of the night was the experience cooking the “pierrace”, but be aware that after some time it will keep the meat warm, but not cooked. So I’d suggest to cook everything first and then warming it up (in case you are a slower eater). Overall, I think it wasn’t that expensive for a main course, two drinks and dessert (52 euros). The atmosfere makes you feel like you are in a beautiful cabin at the montains. Thank you for the service...
