I recently dined at a Thai restaurant and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home.
The decor was beautiful and authentic, with traditional Thai artwork adorning the walls and soft lighting creating a cozy ambiance. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal.
Now, on to the food - it was simply outstanding. We started with the classic Tom Yum soup, which had a perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spicy flavors. The appetizers were equally impressive, with crispy and flavorful spring rolls and tender chicken satay with a delicious peanut sauce.
For the main course, we ordered a variety of dishes to share, including the classic Pad Thai, a rich and creamy Massaman curry, and a spicy and flavorful green curry. Each dish was expertly prepared with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that truly transported us to Thailand.
To top it off, we indulged in some delicious Mango Sticky Rice for dessert, which was the perfect ending to a perfect meal.
Overall, I would highly recommend this Thai restaurant to anyone looking for a truly authentic and memorable dining experience. The food, atmosphere, and service were all exceptional and left us wanting to come...
Read moreWe were there as our children and son-in-law had just arrived from Vancouver to meet up with my brother, sister-in-law, niece, and nephew. This was our first time at this branch, although we had been to the old locations at Ampang Park, the old Kerry’s, and Ampang Point. We were not sure if they were the same or at least connected, perhaps by the same family, but the feel was familiar.
Being located in a mall, parking was plentiful with minimal charges, and the restaurant on the third floor was easy to spot. It has a clean and bright layout, with the space opening widely toward the side of the mall, so you can see almost the entire seating area at a glance. The hostess greeted us warmly and showed us to our table. We ordered our drinks while waiting for my brother’s family to arrive, and once they did, we placed our orders.
The menu was clearly laid out with well-separated sections, making it easy to navigate. I chose the nasi goreng kampung and kuey teow, while the rest went for chicken chops since they had never tried them before. The food didn’t all arrive at the same time, but the gap between dishes was small enough that it didn’t feel inconvenient. We all enjoyed the meal, and the service was good throughout. I would definitely come back again. To top off a pleasant evening, my nephew and niece picked up the bill, which made it...
Read moreUsed to be good. But today, we were their 1st customers at about 5pm. A few waitresses were eating at the customers single tables and one was listening to her phone loudly. Some of them were even speaking loudly from inside the kitchen to those who were standing near the counter. One was speaking on the phone behind our table. More customers walked in and the noise from the waitresses could still be heard. Until we left, they were still chit chatting loudly like pasar malam noise. There were some younger waitresses who were behaving professionally, about 3-5 of them but the rest were just reacting like they were at home, disrespecting the paying customers who were there. Imagine you’re eating from inside Chow Kit Road but you paid the 5* restaurants price. Oh, the one who took our order didn’t ask the size of the fish we wanted. A small fish came for us 3 & the sauce spilled onto the table. I really wonder why the Indon waitresses behaved...
