US PIZZA - Pandan Indah, KL — Restaurant in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

Take order 5.52pm but until 6.35pm we still not get any food/ drinks..I really hypo then when to counter for asking why it's taking so long for my meal..If it really take a long time why not served us a drinks!!I can be understand if a lot customer dine in..One of staff (male tall) served us drinks without say sorry and second time come again sent 3 bottle of chips mybe felt guilty and said 4minutes our meal will be ready. He come again to sent a plate at our desk.I been notice if order for take away their served very fast.,rather then dine -in. Around 6.50pm (male staff shorter) apologize and served garlic bread ,mushroom soup and chicken wings. 7pm our meals complete with pizza but I don't think he should sent our meal at near corner of desk.I finished our dishes around 7.20pm and leave your restaurant with regrets and would not enter again. We also don't bring along /eat 3bottle if chips that your give previously *Normally for any fast food branch the staff will always give a good approach during enter /exit. So bad your staff not practice it. *Need to be improve from how to deal with customer politely and smile during treat customer. *Long time que for dine-in customer to be served . *1st and last to enter your restaurant. *Regard my meal the food taste ...

Foods tasted okay. It's just that i did not expect the cheesy garlic crust that i paid extra for rm2 (for personal) turned out like that.

However, the service was quite bad. Waited 20 minutes for 2 personal pizzas, although there was literally no one except me during that time 😔 and 10 minutes for the mushroom soups (not heated) and drinks to be served. I ordered the lunch deal (SUPER ONE) for RM15. Can't imagine if there were other customers at that time 🫠 For this deal, i should have gotten 1 personal pizza/ pasta, 1 mushroom soup, 1 garlic twist, and 1 iced tea. We waited for more than 40 minutes for the garlic twist, but we did not receive it. Then i realized that there was no garlic twist written on my receipt. Had to confront the waiter and ask about it, she told me there was some technical issue with the ordering system, and if i wanted it, i need to wait for around 10 minutes so they could prepare it for me.

The cleanliness didn't meet my expectation too, for the service tax that we paid and this level of food chain, i think they should do...

The service is so slow. One hour to get your order to be done. Even the tea needs half an hour to get served. The tea is just an overpriced diluted Mamak version of tea. They call it American iced tea to justify the price. Don't buy it. The food is average but if you order it ala carte, it would be a rip off. Just order the regular pasta when there's a promo. The pricier pasta is just the regular pasta plus some ingredient. Thank god, the only good thing is the pizza. It's ok but nothing noteworthy compared to other pizza places. It's just another pizza that you get if you're bored with other places. My advice : Order it online 1 hour earlier (take away or delivery) and make sure to use that promo codes. Don't ever dine in.
