Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

I read below/earlier reviews which shows the services here never improve at all during my visit.

Had to wait 1hour just to get my mushroom soup ready. They informed its being cooked which took so long.

Price on the menu is different versus what the cashier charged me. When I got back my change, realized I was overcharged. Luckily cross-checked the receipt vs menu at the counter, which the cashier gave me back RM3.++ price differences.

Garlic bread not available to order was replaced with mushroom soup. Then saw a customer collected his garlic bread. When enquired the staff said 'garlic bread is only for online orders not for walk-in customers. My combo suppose to have 2 garlic bread & 2 soups. In the end I got 4 soups instead, as a replacement for the 2 garlic breads. And had to wait 1hour for the soup to be ready! This including other customers as well.

Many staffs but servcies way too slow. Don't know what everyone is doing. When they know/realise the soup is finishing soon they suppose to start cooking to replenish it, not wait until the pot becomes empty then start cooking. Customers/Food delivery guys are waiting for hours.

The pizza taste was not great, the chicken wings were not properly cooked, soups has got thick powders balls in it.

Regret going...

Ordered from Pizza Hut Bandar Baru Ampang. Delivery took over an hour, but since I was advised earlier I am completely fine with waiting.

Waited over an hour at home, in the living room. I received a call from the store saying I was not at home and they kept calling me for a whole 3 minutes and they had to return to the store.

Clearly and politely replied to the store that I was at home waiting, but the guy insisted that I am not telling the truth. Felt very disrespected and asked him whether the delivery guy press the bell? The guy on the phone did not reply but kept saying they were infront and nobody replied. He said 'lain kali tunggu kat ruang tamu dan bukak pagar'. Apologies on my side but I felt very unsaftisfied with the customer service and rude attitude from whoever it may be.

Very bad customer service. I RESPECTFULLY REQUEST DELIVERY GUY TO PRESS THE BELL NEXT TIME.

p.s/ the guy on the phone and the delivery guy might not be...

I have experienced the worst service today at bandar baru ampang Pizza Hut branch. My delivery estimated arrival time was supposed to be 6:15pm but after an hour waiting and no updates from Pizza Hut so contacted Pizza Hut hotline to enquire about my delivery status. As the contact center inform me the items for delivery is actually ready but pending to get a rider to pick up the delivery. Hence drove all the way to the branch but to discover the items is not fully ready.

I have waited till 7:40pm but my items still not ready for collection. This is a truly disappointing customer service experience I have ever...
