hi Zus Coffee,
im always your fav fan. Today i went to order rm9.90 combo of donut+drink. i asked your staff at Zus spectrum ampang, she said yes available for americano, ceo coconut latte, buttercreme latte, etc. when i placed my order she charged me rm12.70. When i asked why, she said rm9.90 only for americano. This is failure #1.
Then i asked if she could help me reheat the donut as the freezer temperature was -2degree. Who likes to eat a cold freezing doughnut right. I asked for it cos my 6 yr old son is craving for donut. And wonder what she said, she said CANNOT. i asked if you can help me with just reheating for 30 sec or 1 min, which i can open the donut itself and pass it to her, she still say CANNOT. The freaking oven is just right at the back, but giving a helping hand for this isn't allowed. You can heat pastries but not donut?!! Failure #2. P/s: everytime i was in Starbucks, the barista would offer customers to either heat the donuts or not.
This made me super pissed off to be honest.
1st i have to pay for the extras because of her miscommunication and then for letting my child eat a -2deg cold donut. 🍩
Moreover, she is not even smiling when serving customers, her face was sooooo black/super unfriendly. If she doesn’t like doing customer service job, please get someone who can do the job better.
I saw in the google reviews that some of the male baristas were some better employees who did great job! Please ask her to learn from them. You can do a buddy programme to train those unfriendly baristas.
Please Zus… you’re one of the best brand i respect, but this kinda service is really really bad/horrible.

From my very first visit, Akmal greeted me with a big smile and was super friendly. You can tell he loves coffee because every cup he makes is spot on. He always takes the time to figure out what I like and suggests the best drinks. His knowledge about all the different blends and brewing techniques is seriously impressive.
