ZUS Jalan Negara, Taman Melawati. PLEASE TAKE NOTE!
On 24/1/25, my friend ordered a hot Butterescotch Latte thru app. After a long wait, she just received a cup of hot milk. Then she told the barista what she received. Without any sorry or what, the barista went to a fridge, pour another liquid, and pass it back. But still, it's tasteless. No sign of coffee AT ALL. Not even an apology or jauh sekali, make a new one. Tired? Just resign. Simple.
On morning 25/1/25, I personally went to this store after make an order thru app around 9-9:30am. From my view, i watch at this barista named IMRAN. Aku perati je kau buat keja. Hentak sana, hentak sini. Campak itu, campak ini. Kalau kau penat, malas bangun pagi nak ngadap customer, berenti je. Keja buat apa kalau macam tu punya gaya.
Really spoiling the mood.
I'm also forwarding this message officially to the right channel. Just be prepared.

Read moreI recently visited ZUS Coffee at Taman Melawati and decided to try something a little different which is their Watermelon Latte. At first, I was a bit skeptical about mixing coffee with watermelon, but I was pleasantly surprised!
The drink blends the familiar richness of a latte with the subtle sweetness of watermelon. The flavors are surprisingly well-balanced and the watermelon doesn’t overpower the espresso, but instead adds a refreshing twist that’s perfect for a hot day hehe. I had it iced, and it was incredibly smooth and cooling!!
The cafe itself is cozy, clean, and has a classical music feel which and ideal place for a quick break or even some laptop work. The staff were friendly and quick with the preparation, and my order was ready in just a few minutes?? superb!! .
If you’re up for trying something new, I’d definitely recommend the Watermelon Latte. ZUS Coffee does a great job of making it taste natural,...

Went to the counter and waited while the barista, I believe his name was Hasmizan (based on the name tag), was busy with something on the POS system. But what was disappointing — no acknowledgment at all. No “one moment”, no eye contact, nothing. We waited for about 5–7 minutes right in front of him, still no response.
When he finally did attend to us, there was no greeting — just a blunt “kak order?” And after the order, not even a simple thank you or smile.
Basic customer service goes a long way, especially in a café setting. This experience left a bad impression and honestly made me not want to come back again. Hopefully, the team here can be trained better on how to handle customers...
