Back again after several months since the last review, but too bad, I was served with a bigger disappointment, hoping for better services and food.
The cafe wasn't exactly full house, and most of the food is served, and I am hoping that mine would be fast.
After placing my order, about 10min later, another group of 3 patrons came in and ordered their food. My biggest disappointment was that the food was served to the patrons that came in later than me, and just for a drink to be served, it took 35 minutes. Almost 50 minutes mark, finally my order came after checking with the server. Am I not a paying customer? I ordered and paid, but the customer that came in later was served with food in less than 30 minutes.
There is nothing to shout about the food, cold soup, and warm to cold rice and meat. Disappointment to make a returning visit hoping for a better service.
The place and ambiance are great, but the biggest setback was the food.
The food tastes good, honestly. However, it took almost 40 minutes for the food to be served, and that's when the cafe was empty.
Food served, the side dish soup is cold, and the rice and green curry lamb are cold, not even warm.
Otherwise, the rating can be further improved if the food improves.

Came during lunch hour and ordered two rice with grilled chicken meals for my kids. We ended up waiting 1 HOUR before the food finally arrived â and even then, the order was wrong. I had specifically requested for the spicy sauce to be separated, but it wasnât.
What made it worse was the waiterâs response: âSorry, tersalahâŚtapi kuah tak berapa pedas sangat, nak tukar baru..Obviously I said no, Wouldnât want to wait another 1 HOUR..
For a 4-year-old, any level of spiciness is too much â this shouldnât be taken lightly.
Suggestions for improvement: 1.Be upfront with customers â if the food is going to take up to an hour, say so. 2.Update customers if delays happen, and apologise sincerely. 3.Suggest meals that can be prepared faster if the kitchen is overwhelmed.

Furthermore, when we did finally receive our spaghetti, we were disappointed to find that it was very watery and lacked flavor. We were looking forward to a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, our experience fell far short of our expectations.
