This particular barista was not friendly enough to even take my order just because it was a free drink??? That i didnt had to pay?? Or what?? This guy just ask me to stop thru the sensor as the âredeemâ will only work there! However, the toilet experience was absolutely terrible and really ruined the visit. For cafĂ© like Starbucks, youâd expect basic hygiene and comfort to be maintained. Instead, the washroom was in disgusting conditionâdirty floor, unpleasant smell, and no proper upkeep. What made it worse is that the toilet is shared between male and female customers, which is extremely uncomfortable and awkward for many people.
This kind of setup might work in certain emergency situations, but not for a well-established international brand known for quality. Honestly, it felt like a major letdown. Itâs shocking that a place which charges premium prices canât even provide clean and proper toilet facilities.
