Tealive Batu Kawan DT — Restaurant in Batu Kawan Island

I've consumed here twice, the brother who charged me was nice but the other clerk was arrogant, today I ordered two cups of milk tea with the same flavor, one big and one small, but they tasted completely different, the big one was the same as the last one I drank, the small one had a very strange taste, so I was a little worried that it might be spoiled, then I went to ask the clerk, but instead of offering to replace it or explaining it in a friendly way, they just gave me a kind of mocking smile. Very bad service, won't go again...

We wait more than 20minutes, but nobody serve us even though the staff kept walking past. They was only one customer inside the store and us only, but the staff focused only drive-thru and ignored us. They didn't even apologize or explain that there were too many orders, they just put us aside and keep doing drive thru or other order. Please take note, we just simply wanna order 1 milk tea only :) Bad service,...

Ordered Snow DHP Light Milk Tea via app for pickup at Tealive DT Batu Kawan. Went there, they told me it’s out of stock. Why is it available on the app then?? Staff said no refund, just choose another drink — which I clearly said I didn’t want. They promised to contact me when restock, but never did. Total waste of time and money. Terrible service.
