RUDE CASHIER & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! SHAME ON YOU!
My friend share to me that she had a bad experience with one of your rude cashier with a very bad customer service with KFC (for a dine-in service) today. I'm shocked to find out that this happened to an outlet with a well-known franchise around the world. The cashier are not just rude but with a judgmental pointless to the point that a customer can't even enjoy the food served. A cashier should making a strong first impression that will help to develop customer relationships and make sales. From the moment you approach a customer, your behaviour, attitude and personal presentation will influence your customer's decision to buy. It is also known that KFC provide a quality training for all their employee in customer services. Unfortunately, the quality training are neglected as well as their mannered towards customer. I hope the tourist will never experience/dealt with this kind of behaviour.
