Should I say that this restaurant is dishonest or that they are incapable in estimating the portion of food for three person? I believe that this restaurant has been operating for a long time, but they still doesn't know how to estimate the food portion according to the number of customers. This is enough to evaluate your business quality.

A few days ago, my family of three came to your restaurant for lunch and ordered three dishes. When the food was placed on our table, we were dumbfounded because the portion of those three dishes was enough for at least five people, and that meal cost us more than two hundred bucks. Just imagine what it means for three people to spend more than two hundred bucks to eat.

Boss, are you kidding us? Are you trying to "POTONG" us? When doing business, you can't cut it off first and then tell it later. Who taught you that you can make money in this way? Your method is terrible, it's usually done by those who have no honesty. After all, we are all Chinese, there is no need to do this. This is the first time and also the last time. The foods are good, delicious and well presented. Surprisingly fast especially when the steam fish came out right after the dry bak kut teh served. The only problem is the person who taking my order. I was treated like committing a crime when I was trying to correct his wrong interpretation. I said, I want 'Baby Kailan masak bawang putih' but he said 'Baby Kailan, Bak Kut Teh'. I thought maybe he jusy having a bad day so I just ignore it. Then the next table was waiting their food for a long time. When they asked, he simply blame the customer for not giving clear order by trying to yell at them. Nevertheless, I hope it won't happen to others because the foods are actually quite nice...

My 1st visit at this restaurent as I put up at Ibis hotel next block. Also recommended by the receptionist there. I sat at 1 of the table on side. It was good decision as the breeze blow as though I am at the beach side. I was alone so ordered 1 crab dish and a plate of green vegetable along with white rice. Crab was cooked tasty. Customer service was fast. The owner took my feedback and told me he will reduce my bill. He in fact did not charge at all for the crab dish despite I am willing to pay for it as my feedback is not to seek any rewards. He just said "I thankful to your feedback and Happy New year".
