Ajisen Ramen @ Vivacity Megamall — Restaurant in Sarawak

Awful experience. Waitresses and the cashier were not friendly: no proper customer service (welcoming interaction, taking orders, cashier service) and were on the phone all the time. Paid service charge for not even a hello nor welcome. Prices for the ramens were actually reasonable but we were served below average ramens. Paid 28 bucks just to get only 3 thin slices of pork shabu, 2 small slices of cabbages, half slice of a boiled egg, noodles and broth for my Pork Shabu Ramen. Broth was great but what's wrong with the toppings/ingredients? No corns, no seaweed flakes, no sesame seeds at all? Cha Su Ramen was also bland with same no topping case. Only two thin and short slices of enoki mushrooms were served for my Golden Mushroom. Drinks were mediocre. Overall, not worth it. Anyone looking for a good ramen, I recommend Food Parade for non halal and Himawari...

Volcano Ramen. Not too spicy as what it named. Don't worry who can't eat spicy food, ask to put chilli separately, then mix it by yourself as you prefer. Pork not really grill, taste normal, not delicious as it looks in the menu. Noodles tastes like extra cook. Soup is delicious as you prefer how many chilli you put inside. Overall tastes good, but can't compete with Bariuma Ramen, pork nd noodles tatse more delicious. Premise clean and tidy, a place you can relax with a little dim light. Customers keep noise down as they chat and mind their own business. Their staff helpful and friendly. Terrible service: threw the menu on the table after I sat down (shocked by the audacity). Waitresses were not friendly: no basic courtesy with scowling facial expression. Certain food not available when they should inform us prior ordering. They just threw the menu and stood there saying nothing. Only informed me after I made the order. Then, proceeded by throwing the menu back on the table and I was left flabbergasted to order something else. Food was mid as taste was okay. Wasn't expecting much from them but basic civility. This place used to be good. Won't go back...
