Closing time is clearly stated as 11pm. Air conditioning was turned off before 10.30pm. Ok fine. At around 10.45pm on 23/11, one of the staff went upstairs and without informing any customers turned off all of the lights. Me, along with customers that were elderly and families with small children, were left to find out way down the stairs and out in complete darkness. What if and elderly customer or young child were to trip and fall? What if belongings went missing? Who will be liable?
This is an absolutely wrong way to treat customers. Without bothering to even inform anyone or at least just turning off some but not all the lights? Treating customers with no respect, leaving them to find their way out in complete darkness while a staff member is running around cleaning with an angry face making loud noises on purpose. Is this the right way to run a business?

Staff are polite and efficient. A great place to buy pearl drinks and meet...

But I cannot accept increase price and quantity is reduced. Ermm. Even the packaging of swiss roll also getting...
