A popular morning breakfast food center located at the junction of Batu Lanchang and Green Lane Main Road next to the Siamese Temple. This eating outlet opens from 5.30 am until 12.00 noon. At least 14 local hawkers lined up the center every morning to cater you breakfast and chicken rice, fish porridge, popular Ah Teong's toast and eggs to start your day. Other delicacies of Noodles, Meehoon, Hor Fun, Nasi lemak, Lam Mee, Curry Mee, Koay Teow soup, Hokkien Mee, Jawa Mee, One Ton Mee, Siew Pau and etc Chinese and Siamese cooking back by a varieties of kopitiam drinks (No Beer) A good location for many early travellers, factories and office workers not forgetting the seniors...

Overall: one of local famous hawker, me too. Environment: acceptable without air conditioning because for morning only. Open air and congested with many people. You will have someone waiting you to leave while finishing your meal. Price: RM 4 to RM 8 per order. Average I spent RM 12 for two person. Quality: one of my favorite places. Good lo Hygiene: hawker standard. Can be improve. Service: hawker standard. Different stall different style. Some I never wants to order because their service, of course. Nasi lemak and wan than mee is quite good there. That's what I mostly ate when I visited. For the others, They're quite average but maybe you'll like it. We have different tastes after all. Nasi lemak however do not have that type of sambal for real nasi lemak but it's a mix of several gravies that fortunately taste not bad at all. I do love it though but I buy the anchovies and peanuts at a different place (economic rice outlet) because theirs are a little too hard. Wish they have bullseye but they don't.

Corner lot coffee shop (opposite Lam Wah Ee hospital) with quite an array of hawker food being served here. Place looks hidden so you need to find the landmark which is the junction left-turn before the overhead bridge linking to the hospital. We tried quite a number of food, including Hokkien Mee, Curry Mee, Chai Kuey, etc. Most were pretty good. Place is clean too, including their toilets. Take note that you will have to pay rm2 for parking, unless you decide to risk parking along the roadside.
