We came here twice. Had a positive experience, then the 2 ladies selling noodles scammed us TWICE. The first time we came, we paid upfront to one of the ladies before they made our order. As we were eating, they put the bill on our table. We ignored it; we already paid. The second time we came, they told us we never paid. They confronted us TWICE about it but couldn't get any money from us. We thought it was over, but at our next meal, they shorted a few RM from our change. When confronted, they arrogantly threatened us with CCTV. It was late night already, so we just left. To the cafe owner, feel free to check your CCTV, you'll see we paid them and they scammed us. Don't let them ruin the whole business. They treated us like thieves. Which dumb thieves come over to eat without paying at the same place twice? We came here because of a friend's recommendation. We had been very respectful and kept asking to pay upfront to everyone. No other sellers in the cafe complained about us, because we paid everything, to each one of...
Read moreIf you come for the food, Come before 8pm because there will be less Nasi lemak side dishes after 8.00pm .and it's my first time eating here after many years and I find the nasi Lemak rice to be too Sticky and too salty. .
If you come to watch football, Make sure the game starts at 7.30pm because this stall closes by 10.50pm and not 12.00 midnight , I had a disappointing experience here, I was watching the Liverpool Vs Brighton game and they close the restaurant before 11.00pm and the game was still on going on the 87 minutes. I was left disappointed and frustrated as a Liverpool fan because I thought they were gonna just let us watch until the final whistle, It's a Liverpool game at a Liverpool Restaurant and they just close the TV.
I hope that in the future they inform the customers that they will close earlier and that they will close the TV immediately after their clean up . This will be my last time dining and watching a game of football at this Nasi...
If you parked right in front of the shop lot, you will be greeted with the aromatic wonders of fried chicken. As you proceed to the stall to collect your plate to fill it with rice (the nice lady will do it for you), you are given the freedom to select your side dishes to your heart’s content.
The fried chicken has a crispy skin and very juicy; cooked to perfection (on my visit anyway, yours may vary). The sambal completely takes the cake with its spiciness and sweetness.
Ikan bilis was crunchy and complements the rice well. I’d recommend getting the one in the container, not the sambal ikan bilis.
You have a choice of fried or boiled eggs too. There are some other dishes, but I think covering the main elements of nasi lemak is more than enough.
Overall, great food and ambiance. Not a huge football fan, but it doesn’t bother me. If you love the team Liverpool, then that’s an added...
