Sweet-I Dessert House — Restaurant in George Town

For me actually that's no star. Just if we click on * we're unable to wrote any review. Okay I always have my dessert 'tong sui' at Georgetown. But last I just plan to drop this Sweet i and try their dessert. Walk in with my husband, then we get a place to sit. Then we scan the bar code on the table. After order are done, I just walk to the counter. Though I need to pay first, as I saw a few people are Q up. The moment when I walk close, I just have the Bangla staff! Do I need to pay first?. He replies no need, pay after food. Then he checked the order on my phone. He replied to me okay order done. He even showed me the paper and he said okay table 13. We're waiting about nearly 20 min. Then we saw that 2 ladies walked in. But after about 10min. The Bangla served the dessert to the 2 ladies. So I just ask, where is our dessert?. He replies that you need to scan and order. I show him my phone and I say I have ordered. Then I ask, how did the table 2 ladies come in late but their dessert had already been served ?? The Bangla replies okay okay I go and order again. At that moment I was really fed up. Myself and husband just walked out. I will never come back again. And also not much choice for the dessert. Dear owner please don't even let this type of incident happen again to your future...

Avoid this place if you plan to relax and enjoy your evening. The overly crowded small dessert shop never has enough tables and expect waits of 20-30 mins for you and a date. After getting the table no service will come to your table. I wanted 25 mins and was not noticed. When i went to the counter to order there was 5-6 people in front of me. I waited another 20 mins and comes out you need an app or a tablet to order. Everyone in front of me had questions on how to order. I can’t begin to explain how lame this is when all you want is dessert. I’m not even going to tell u how long the wait it from the time you order the food.
