Their food and drinks menus are like all McDonald's restaurants in Malaysia. There is a McCafe within the restaurant. A drive through service is available too.

The restaurant has resumed full operation with strict Covid-19 SOPs. Due to social distancing, capacity is reduced.
The capacity of the restaurant is moderately large with some tables outside too.
Cleanliness is acceptable.
Cash, e-wallet and credit card payments are accepted.
Waiting time depends on the time of the day.
There are numerous parking lots available but still may be insufficient during peak hours.
Handicapped patrons can patronize this restaurant easily.
17-11-2022 : The restaurant had recently undergone renovations. Looks much nicer. Business is back to normal.
09-07-2023 : The restaurant had extended their operating hours.
20-03-2024 : Restaurant is still not operating 24 hours per day. Business is slower due to local political development. Cleanliness and quality of services are maintained.
08+09-2024 : Service and cleanliness still maintained.

Read morePlease Branch manager, train your staffs especially those on drive through roster to ensure ICE-CREAM IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE DURING PEAK PERIODS... "Ice-cream has not settled yet... just mixed" excuse is not acceptable and I'VE ENCOUNTERED THIS EXACT SAME EXCUSE MORE THAN 3 TIMES during peak periods!!!
In the event this matter is truly unavoidable, please have the audacity to put a live LED/SCREEN/NOTICE BOARD at the entrance to the premises to inform potential customers that items like Ice-cream or other related items ARE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE... At least customers don't have to queue in the drive through before reaching the ordering mic/post for almost 20 minutes ONLY TO BE TOLD ICE-CREAM OR OTHER RELATED ITEMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR WHATEVER REASONS. If you can install multiple self serving & payment kiosks in the eatery itself, I cannot see why you cannot install such live LED/SCREEN/NOTICE BOARD at the entrance to the premises.
Other McDonald's drive through in Malaysia should also consider the ordeal & frustrations we have to go through as a result of the above long standing weakness of McDonald's Malaysia Drive...
Read moreUtterly disappointment by these two service crew. I was at the mitc, ayer keroh outlet this morning wanting to get my breakfast. However I was not able to get the barcode on my McDonald’s app to be scanned by the self-kiosk machine. I reached out to the lady and to my surprised she looked at my eyes and didn’t do anything. I then reached out again by saying hello, again she didn’t do anything neither does the guy. I then took out my phone wanting to take a picture, that’s when she reached out to the guy. To my dismay, he also ignore me. And that’s when I decided to leave the outlet by taking a picture of both of them. McDonald being a happy place is sadly being ruined by such individuals.
