They overcharged me. I asked for hot latte with extra caramel shot (pump). That extra caramel shot priced rm1.89 per shot. I was charged with that amount. But i didnt see the barista pump any caramel syrup into my latte. When i asked, she said there's no caramel syrup in stock for 2 month now, they just replaced with regular syrup instead which she added they gave free for all customer and if i want more i can pour up myself. She claim caramel is sugar, and regular syrup is sugar too. I asked for a refund for my extra caramel shot, they refused. I reported this to mcd hq, the next day their manager called me and politely apologized. He said there is always caramel syrup in stock. The barista attitude is unacceptable and they will refund me with free latte for my next visit. However im living in perak. Bad experienced. I was travelling from jb to ipoh and purposely stop at malacca for a coffee to accompany me from a tiring day and there are few hundred kilometer more to drive. I hope they trained their employees better. And the coffee not hot too.
