They overcharged me. I asked for hot latte with extra caramel shot (pump). That extra caramel shot priced rm1.89 per shot. I was charged with that amount. But i didnt see the barista pump any caramel syrup into my latte. When i asked, she said there's no caramel syrup in stock for 2 month now, they just replaced with regular syrup instead which she added they gave free for all customer and if i want more i can pour up myself. She claim caramel is sugar, and regular syrup is sugar too. I asked for a refund for my extra caramel shot, they refused. I reported this to mcd hq, the next day their manager called me and politely apologized. He said there is always caramel syrup in stock. The barista attitude is unacceptable and they will refund me with free latte for my next visit. However im living in perak. Bad experienced. I was travelling from jb to ipoh and purposely stop at malacca for a coffee to accompany me from a tiring day and there are few hundred kilometer more to drive. I hope they trained their employees better. And the coffee not hot too. Its not about the money, they should not charge me with that extra shot in beginning if they already knew they didnt have caramel. Not even for caramel latte. Be honest, dont scam people.

I went to approach the lady at the counter, she said will call out number. 9:44 AM: Talked to this man who said he will check with kitchen however I observed he didn’t do it at all! 9:46 AM: Talked to another lady, and this time I insisted getting explaination why does “fast food” requires 20 minutes? She then appeared to expedite from the kitchen. 9:51 AM: 5 minutes later, my simple order is delivered. 22 minutes for a takeaway, what is wrong McD?!

my experience is bad why i rate 1 star is my comment below i order NASI MCD SET C CHANGED DRINK TO MILO ICE WITHOUT ICE ITS CHILL MILO WHEN I GET IT MY ORDER I DRINK MY MILO THE TASTE FOR MY MILO IS WATER!!!! NOT TASTE MILO AT ALL... then i go at counter and tell one of staff female at counter i tell her nicely this is not milo this is water yes they accept my milo then her change my milo when her change my milo i taste again and my MILO TASTE IS SAME so watery!!! i cant accept it... OH MY GOD THIS NOT FAIR FOR GUEST.... i paid for my order then i get ermmmm so sad dear and one more thing my oder is not same like picture and review in tv show supposely my order get nasi,vege,hard boiled egg,sambal and fried chicken but my hard boiled egg change to fried egg and sambal to sweet... i really not enjoy for my supper... to MANAGER in charge please train your staff and look around your outlet and please check your mes in plus for busy...

This is a standalone McDonald Restaurant in Ayer Keroh area of Melaka.

It is located within the tourist area and near the Crocodile Farm.

The restaurant is nice and surrounded by greenery. A nice relaxing environment.

The menu is like all other McDonald restaurant.

Cleanliness is acceptable.

Prices are like all other restaurants. Cash, e-wallet and credit card payments are accepted.

Service is reasonable.

Ample of parking spaces. Insufficient parking spaces during holidays and weekends.

16-13-2023 : Enjoyed their Prosperity Chicken Burger. Their Chocolate Sundae is still fantastic. Still a good place to have a fast meal.

07-04-2024 : Despite recent political developments, service, food qualities and portions are maintained. Still a nice.place to have a quick, quiet and affordable meal. Enjoyed their Filet O Fish with Chocolate Sundae and Ice...
