Overall, it’s an average especially at this Italian restaurant. However my family members like their pasta. If it’s only by me I’ll perhaps give a 3⭐️

The kids love their bolognese pasta, he finds if nice and he finished everything. I find the taste abit charred.

My mum likes the carbonara, finds it flavourful but I felt it lack the intensity, like the carbonara sauce was just pouring onto the pasta instead of sautéing it to add on the flavour.

My wife likes the seafood aglio olio, she likes it too. However I find it lacks flavour and intensity as well. I don’t taste the olive and the garlic, more intensity comes from the seafood, rather been fresh seafood umami, it’s more of boiling seafood taste.

The 4 cheese Pizza doesn’t look nice, however it taste yummy. One of the dish I enjoyed for the day.

But as long as the family likes it will do.

Food was not bad but service was horrendous. A summary of what happened during dinner service 1) I called to book earlier in the day, they said “dont need to book, just walk in”. I insisted I wanted to book so they put my name down. I came down at booking time and asked for my table. They immediately said “we r fully booked” and told me to come back later. After back and forth they showed me our table. 2) water was not served, they brought a jug and we served ourselves.. no refill 3) i asked for sharing plates (3 times), they brought us plastic baby plates to use. When i said we needed an extra one as they gave us one short, waitress pulled a face and huffed and puffed 4) food took FORVER to arrive. Mind you, there were 4 waiters servicing 6 tables. The only restaurant you will ever want to eat while staying in Legoland hotel Malaysia. The first dish serve, which is the carbonara caught us surprise as we weren’t expecting a resort hotel restaurant food to be good (after the Hong Kong Disneyland experience….) but it was really good, than the pizza served next was also fantastic, the crust texture taste a bit like machi….. the cod first taste was a bit plain though, most likely due to the fish was kept too long or did not froze (or defrost) properly 🤔 but the side was fresh and fantastic. Hence the culinary was good, but the freshness of the ingredient might degrade it 🤣 Overall, definitely give it a try if you are staying in the hotel, you won’t regret it (compare to the other...
