Secret Recipe Perling Mall — Restaurant in Iskandar Puteri

As 1715hrs at very special new year 2019 been treated with unprofessional customer service by Secret Recipe staff at perling mall jb. As a customer, need to wait for food ordering menu for almost 20mins and yet been served. After call the server she served the menu with unprofessional behaviour, told us that there is not much food available and walked away. We feel that been humiliated cause we call her for a menu. Looks like a best wishes from secret recipe to us. We decided to not order anything cause we not sure which are the foods available and walked away to another outlet at bukit indah. So many times I have been to perling mall outlet but compare to other outlets they looks like need to improved alot, mainly...

I ordered a chocolate drink, but what I received was Milo. When I asked the staff, they insisted it was chocolate and even showed me their “chocolate packaging.” However, Milo and a proper chocolate drink are clearly different, and I specifically ordered chocolate.

The staff then asked if I wanted to change the drink, which I found odd. Since chocolate is more expensive than Milo, I expected to receive the correct drink from the start without needing to ask for a replacement.

On top of that, the prices here aren’t cheap, yet the air conditioning barely works—it was uncomfortably hot inside. I hope the shop improves both its product accuracy and overall...

Recently we [6 pax] went there at 3pm. Very disappointing service, food availabilty, quanlity..poor servicein attendingcustomer...many of the food 'sold out'. Even the available foods from the web page, after ordering they said its not available. After all these the food came with without cutleries..after asked, they 2 only for 6 pax 🙄. Finaly the food quality was not good. The satay was burnt with full black color. Curry mee and chicken was very chewy and bad taste. Ipoh hor fun also completely out. Totally bad experience, especially for a brand like...
