I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at Perling McDonald's . I visited your establishment on 8/10/23, at approximately 0900. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by excessively long waiting times and a lack of communication from your staff.
Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I placed my order and handed over my receipt as instructed. However, instead of providing an estimated wait time or any explanation, your staff simply took my receipt and instructed me to park my car to the side and wait. It is worth noting that no other cars were parked, indicating that this was not a common practice.
To my dismay, I waited for over 20 minutes without any updates or acknowledgement from your staff. Feeling neglected and frustrated, I eventually had to personally approach the drive-thru window to inquire about the status of my order. Only then did your staff reluctantly hand over my food.
I am deeply disappointed by this level of service from a renowned fast-food chain like McDonald's. As a loyal customer, I expect timely service and clear communication when faced with unexpected delays. This experience has left me questioning whether I can rely on McDonald's to meet these basic expectations.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to improve customer service at [McDonald's Location]. Additionally, I would appreciate some form of compensation or gesture of goodwill to restore my faith in your brand.

Read moreI am a Grabfood rider and last night it was a terrible experience for me to deal with rude, poor behaviour female staff. I'm just doing my routine, arrived and pickup the order when its done. When I ask to get just a few paper bag to wrap up the cold sealed drinks (minimizing the moist comes from the cold drinks and it will cause my tote bag getting wet) all i got from the rude staff was they will not give anymore of the paper bag to us. And she said all the outlets also will never give any paper bags for any cold sealed drinks.
When I said this is not true and said other outlets are giving us paper bag, she replied it isn't true. You guys see, all Grabfood customers are paying their foods INCLUDING their packaging as well when ordering Mcd through Grab app. And they refuse to give what customers paying for.
McD need to look back or maybe closing down their business for good. Boycotting still happening and with this additional attitude of their staff will making their business not in good...
