White House Kopi 白宫餐厅 — Restaurant in Iskandar Puteri

This newly opened restaurant is a must visit restaurant in JB. I am so lucky that I was invited to try their tasting plate for some dishes in March 2020 (before MCO) when I back Malaysia. I had the Kaya toast and steam bread, I tell you I am addicted to it. It is the best toast I had in my life. I had a kind of Thai style dessert ( too bad I don't know the name), and it is very special and super delicious. I don't think Johorian had try it, pls give it a go and I pretty sure you will fall in love with it. I am very impressed and salute to the owner. He is very passionate about his food, he put 100% effort from choosing the raw material, preparing the food till presenting it in perfect condition. Very cute and charming traditional kopitiam style cafe. The staff were all really lovely and friendly. Feel welcome here rightaway! The menu is very attractive, with lots of nice things to order. Different rice and noodle dishes. The bread/sandwiches selection is really great too. I was only here for a quick snack while waiting for an appointment. So I ordered a 3-layer kopi, butter kaya toast, and some soft boiled egg. The 3 layer kopi portion size is huge. It came in a very big mug. I like this place! So far I've tried the kaya butter toast, soft boiled eggs and Thai milk tea, and it taste good! Haven't try other local food, not sure how good are they. There's plugs and USB spot available, easy to find parking, employees look like student, good service! Will come again.
