One of the nicer Pan Mee eateries in Johor. The noodles and side dishes are all reasonably priced considering their portions. Soup is flavourful and not overly salty. Especially love their chilli which comes in different levels of spiciness. This place is vegetarian-friendly with a good selection of meatless noodles on the menu.
They also sell packets of their signature soup and dry Pan Mee which you can buy and cook at home. There are various condiments and sauces like fried ikan bilis, shallots, scallion oil and shrimp chili for sale as well. Very convenient!
Compared to the branch in Eco Botanic, this outlet is rather fuss-free with its simple lay-out, tho still clean and well-organised. There's room for improvement for the toilet tho. Plenty of parking available in front of and around this outlet. Staff are friendly and helpful. Service is fast too. Don't have to wait too long for your food to be served after ordering even during peak meal times...

Classic mee hun kuih soup was slightly above average. The kuih was appropriate thickness, and the ingredients were generous but just lacked the kick. The broth lacked a strong fragrance of mani vegetables. The chilli was mediocre and didn't elevate the taste. RM9.90 per small serving without egg. 3 stars
Volcano black noodle with egg at RM14.90 pet small serving. At the first few bites, it was incredible and full of surprises. But, eventually, it became too salty until non edible. But, the complimentary soup was delicious with generous mani vegetables. 2 stars
There were also instant pan mee noodles and black noodles...
Read moreUpdate : i returned 2 weeks later in September to try their medium spicy Volcano noodles FV03. I still prefer their traditional mee hoon kueh. 🤭
1st visit : Ordered a set of mee hoon kueh and a set of ban mian. Soup base was not bad. Lack of red chilli padi, they had the green ones though. It was a simple dish and the vegetables used is malee cai and today i think they use kau kee cai instead. The serving was quite big and i should order a small noodles and add toppings instead. The dried shrimp cake and the fish cake were tasty. For beverage i had their Yuan Yang... so so. Look forward to try their dry version, black noodles or Lor Mee. Drivers got to be more patient as parking space along the road side are usually occupied. Best to come during non...
