Review a week ago: You should get 4 stars but incident this morning has reduced the rating. Everything is fine except the 24hrs signage is misleading. As a regular customer, taking breakfast at this outlet is convenience before service my car at nearby Nissan service center.

Reached here this morning at 0730hrs with my wife and staff was saying restaurant open at 0800hrs. What a disappointed moment. Hope McD will review the operating hours or remove 24hrs signage and misleading your customers.

Review today 20 July: Last Friday went to same branch for lunch & guess what! AC still under maintenance 🤦🏼‍♂️ It was mid-day & sunny, very hot & poor ventilation inside restaurant. No choice but my kids insisted to stay here for lunch, they love McD. Refer my previous review, AC already under maintenance & now it still showing the same notice paste on entrance door.

Email & messenger to McD for feedback but it seems nobody care & McD just ignore customer's comment & no courtesy to response or whatsoever. As a local guide, I think I have the responsible to let people know in order to avoid same disappointment like I have. Attached payment receipt & notice for reference. Hope that McD will look into this matter seriously with urgent corrective action.

I came to McDonald’s Tan Sri Yaacob around 4:18 PM on 19 May just to grab something quick. But honestly, it was a very disappointing experience.

As soon as I walked in, I noticed the staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves and gossiping rather than acknowledging or greeting customers. No smiles, no engagement, the whole vibe felt cold and unwelcoming.

To make things worse, the entire outlet had a terrible smell, almost like toilet cleaning chemicals. It was really unpleasant and off-putting. I stopped ordering from the self-service kiosk and just decided to leave.

I even saw another customer trying to get the attention of the counter staff, but they took way too long to come out and assist him.

As someone who also works in the F&B industry, I know how important customer service and cleanliness! and this experience was just not acceptable. Please check your CCTV footage for verification and I sincerely hope higher management takes action to improve both service and hygiene at...

I am very disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s. The experience felt very inconsistent, and when our order was wrong, the staff (a lady at the counter) acted as though it wasn’t her responsibility instead of resolving the problem. We spent nearly RM90 and were only given one barbecue sauce. Even though we ordered four meals, a 4-piece nuggets and a 6-piece nuggets, we were told that each meal only comes with one sauce and were refused when we politely asked for extra.

On top of that, our order was incomplete — the 6-piece nuggets and a burger were missing. Instead of addressing this properly, she only mentioned that the missing items were the reason why there was an “extra burger” placed at the counter, which was very unprofessional and confusing.
