Don’t buy home use electric here We intend to buy a house use oven here We try to ask staff to let us know how to register warranty in online App because we downloaded the app but not show any info for registration of warranty

Staff totally don’t know how to manage it and just said register there . I showed staff I done downloaded everything but no information for register warranty , the staff just said he don’t know and I request him to ask his manager of this case but he waste 15 minutes time of us getting nothing ?!

I go to cashier and ask one Malay lady who look more like Senior Staff but the Malay lady artiste very rude , keep saying if anything spoiled just go to Pensonic HQ none of her business (Hello , I m asking how to register the warranty in app ? Not asking claim warranty )I repeated twice time but seem she is not helpful and also very rude I just leave the place

Will not visit anymore if the service is rude and not helpful The face Like I owe her money And the other staff also not familiar what...

To AEON management:

I DON'T LIKE HOW YOU TIE OUR BAG. IT IS HUMILIATING THE CUSTOMERS

I know locking bag is for security purposes but don't you think it's a funny and useless act? Who wants be treated as if they are thieves? How does your management team come up with such a funny and useless idea? Even if you tie the bag, people can just unlock it using the scissors sold in your supermarket!

Why does the other AEON doesn't need this? Can't you implement more security gates at the entrance? Can't you attach the anti theft tags to the valuable goods? Why do you need customers to teach you how to manage your supermarket?

Trust me if you continue doing this you will lose customer and you will eventually lose the supermarket...
