CAWANMAS CAFETIAM — Restaurant in Johor

Waited for more than 30 minutes but was informed they didn't receive our orders with no clue. Checked with the staff who took our order, she looked at us and said sorry with no clue again.

Poor service, not recommended at all. Based on the observations, the staffs literally sent the dishes to wrong tables and miss out order from other customers.

Last but not least, there were tissues on the floor but none of the staffs want to clear it. The environment so so, worst service, food...

Never dined here before as first time in Johor jaya area and decided to buy my coffee beans here. I usually go to the outlet at ksl where i get all my errands done there. Decor here i think one of the nicest compared to the other outlets i’ve seen. They even have an upper floor. Coffee beans here are v reasonably priced. Rm50/kg for the signature liberica beans and Rm60/kg for the arabica ones. You can request to grind into powder or pack...

Back after renovation 18July2024. Fully aircon and tables, chairs and shelve has been replaced with new sets. Had some nyonya kueh but not up to standard. Rendang is sweet and spicy.
