Oh boy, let me tell you about this hotel nightmare! Trip replaced our cancelled hotel with this place, but it was a total disaster itself. They didn't even bother to give us bottled water or a hairdryer. And don't even get me started on the TV – every channel was so laggy, it was like watching a snail race!The room smelled like a smoking den, even though we're non-smokers, and there were no windows to escape the stink! Instead of proper amenities, they gave us some recycled paper toilet rolls that felt like sandpaper, and the water jug looked like it had seen better days – yuck!To top it off, everything seemed old and rusty – the toilet holder, the towel hangers, even the mirrors! And guess what? The thin blanket they provided had freaking holes in it! It was like sleeping in a leaky tent.Seriously, this place was a hot mess, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Avoid this hotel like the plague unless you're into disappointment...

Hmmm... When booking I knew it was a bit far away from the city centre but I did not expect to live around at least 100 auto-dealers and next to a very smelly sewer...but 63 MYR per night is ok taken the fair room into consideration with perfect working Optic high fiber WiFi and air-condition ||Be patient when you have to cross the road.. allow yourself at least 5-10 minutes as the traffic is very heavy and NO ONE has respect for pedestrians. ||No facilities at the hotel what so ever... Not even a cup of coffee or a vending-machine with soft drinks but don`t worry as 7-11 and another "mart" is very near by.||Staff was very friendly...

This place is absolutely awful. The location is far from town - seeing as there is not much public transport in Johor Bahru, if you aren't driving then you're stuck. It's across the street from karaoke bar - so don't expect to get any sleep before 2am. The daytime receptionist is okay, but the nighttime receptionist barely speaks a word of English - even checking with her was a mission. Towels were threadbare, and my bathroom had a permanent puddle of water because it can't reach the drain - this is disgusting when you first walk in. Yes, it's supposed to be a budget hotel - but I've seen better...
