Cedar Point Food Court: Quick Bites and Family Fun

Cedar Point Food Court is a great option for a convenient and casual meal at Cedar Point Amusement Park. Here's my take:

Variety for Everyone:

The Food Court offers a diverse range of options. This variety caters to different taste buds and dietary needs, making it ideal for families and groups with varied preferences.

Fast and Convenient:

With multiple vendors, the Food Court allows you to get your food quickly and efficiently. This is particularly helpful on busy park days when waiting times for full-service restaurants can be long.

Family-Friendly Atmosphere:

The Food Court provides a spacious seating area with plenty of tables, making it easy to find a spot for your group. The open layout and casual ambiance are ideal for families with young children.

Affordable Eats:

While not the cheapest option within the park, the Food Court offers decent value for money, especially considering the convenience and variety.

Keep in mind:

The seating area can get crowded during peak times.

Overall: Cedar Point Food Court is a solid choice for a quick and convenient meal. The wide variety, fast service, and family-friendly atmosphere make it a popular option for everyone.

Tip: During peak times, consider ordering from different vendors to avoid forming a...

Cedar Point Hawker Centre has been around since 1988 during the building boom - it was there when a developer named Castle Inn was building the now "Paragon Hotel". Economy was booming, people were spending and lots of money was in the market. Cedar Point had plenty of customers- mostly in the evenings and a few "pioneering" hawkers still stand today. The Barbecue Chicken Wing stall, the Barbecue Fish, Squid and Prawns Stall, the Curry Fish Head, the rojak/tahu Bakar stall, the anchor tenant - Selling beer and the "Ngoh Hiang" store withstood the test of time (and Covid too). Now you have a host of good tasting fare ranging from Satay to Desserts like ice kacang, bobo cha-cha and Japanese burgers. Parking is free but weekends may be crowded. It is spacious and moderately clean as trolleys are placed strategically for customers to place away used plates and cutlery. Prices are reasonable and most of all, people are friendly. This is a Singaporean fav haunt so do come early between 6-7pm for dinner else come by after 7.30pm to enjoy some bliss and tasty food after the crowd has left. People looking for accomodation can stay in the Hallmark Hotel, Paragon Hotel or the 3-star sought after KSL hotel which is just a...

Cedar Point Food Court (食得福美食中心) is our favourite food centre in Johor Bahru. Whenever we have cravings for local delicacies, this is the place to go.

Tucked next to Grand Paragon Hotel and only minutes walk away from KSL shopping mall, Cedar Point Food Court is very popular among locals and tourists.

Here is our favourite picks Tampoi Satay: The most famous pork satay in town since 1972. Sweet and tender meat dipped into a delicious mix of peanut sauce enhance the flavour of the meat

Hong Kee BBQ Chicken Wing: We used to packet some to munch along the way but now its best to have it served warm :)

Ikan Bakar Sin Kee: We have tried many ikan bakar in Johor and this is still our favourite. We always come back whenever we have craving for stingray.

Sentosa Rojak: Tasty rojak with a selection of different ingredients

Sugarcane drink is my must order when I am at the food centre. Super big cup enough for...

Reckon this food court has been around for ages based on their table design. Not crowded as the space is also big. Food - Indon satay was awesome (did a take away) Stingray and petai was fresh but super spicy (for our level). Rice provided was hard as good as it felt it’s not fully cooked. Sugar cane with lemon was refreshing but over powering the cane, it’s still good. We brought out take away from the Pasar malam, and the operators of food court was kind and cool about it - which we gave a huge thumbs up of wanting to order more. Last but not least laksa - this is legitly good. I’m picky with my assam laksa as I’m from the north. Can barely find any good laksa around anymore, but they were approved by me. Laksa noodle was cooked to perfection as it’s still springy. Sour enough to make it to be so appetising. Only thing is fish / sardine is little - guess it’s due to inflation cost. I’m quite lucky to see 1 whole piece
