Very Disappointed and Unsafe Experience – Please Be Cautious, Especially with Young Kids
Brought my 5-year-old son to try out the go-kart ride, thinking it would be a fun and safe experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be extremely disappointing and even dangerous.
When I asked the counter staff whether my son was suitable to ride, the lady just gave a quick, uninterested “can lah” and immediately moved on to ask which package I wanted. No proper advice, no clear explanation of safety requirements, and definitely no concern shown.
After payment, she casually signaled her colleague to let my son hop onto a kart—no briefing, no helmet, and no instructions. As a first-timer, my son didn’t understand how fast the kart could go. He assumed it was like a bumper car and just started driving.
During one of the laps, he accidentally stepped hard on the accelerator and didn’t know how to brake properly. He lost control and crashed into the wall. This resulted in a cut, bleeding, and visible abrasion on his face.
What shocked me most—none of the staff came to check on him after the incident. Not a single person showed concern or offered first aid. It was like nothing had happened. I had to handle everything myself.
Honestly, I should have checked the Google reviews beforehand. Safety seems to be the last priority here. No briefing, no supervision, no care. It’s purely collect money and push customers onto the track.
For any parent considering this place—please think twice. Young children need proper guidance and care, and sadly, this place...

asked the receptionist (the Indian guy) on 26 Nov 8pm before starting what the top speed of the karts was. He told me 35. During the race, my speedometer clearly showed the kart maxing out at 25. After the session, I mentioned this to the staff. Another employee checked and confirmed there is a speed setting that can be adjusted, which they had not done.
Then she went to speak with the same receptionist, and suddenly he changed his story. Now he claimed the karts can only go 25 after repairs. Five minutes earlier he said 35. It felt like they just did not bother checking the karts and then tried to cover it up.
If they had just owned up to the mistake and tried to make it right, it would have been fine. Poor consistency, poor honesty, and no real effort to...
