Worst experience. Slow food serving. Have been waiting for almost 2 hours without any apologies. Hello? Please inform your customer if you can’t deliver the food within a reasonable time frame, BEFORE YOU PLACE THE ORDER. It is up to customer to decide whether your food is worth our time to wait. We had a very disappointing experience here, and we really don't recommend coming here. We made the appointment today and arrived punctually. However, we waited for 2 hours and still haven't received our food. We reminded them in the first hour, and they said we needed to wait 20 minutes. Then, we waited for another hour. They still blamed us for not placing the order when making the appointment. They didn't even offer an apology. This is my first time, and I believe it will be the last. Had high hopes for this restaurant but was extremely disappointed. Prior to our arrival, we had made a reservation but were made to wait for two hours for nothing. Never had I experienced such a slow service in life. Despite bringing it to their attention several times, they simply brushed it off by saying that they’re serving those who’ve placed order over the phone.
