Drinks ordered are all good but unfortunately need to improve on the staff manners. Faham yg atmosphere more entertaining kalau ada lagu tapi pls put in considerate volume (not too loud) as staff sendiri pun tak dgr apa yg customer nak order and customer pun actually tak dgr apa yg staff cakap. This is actually 2nd experience coming to this place and dua dua experience pun isu yg sama, lagu buka terlalu kuat and dua dua side tak dpt communicate. Really appreciate that today, they did slow down the volume walaupun nampak mcm ada yg terpaksa dkt situ but it's okay, i hope this will be the last experience, we as customer facing that kind of attitude and semoga dapat improve sebab we love tealiveee and really love the atmostphere in this outlet. Kalau improve on the manners lagi cun mcm staff...

Rude staff without common sense. I was ordering at the counter and SHE LEFT WHILE I WAS TALKING. Third time buying from this outlet and 2/3 experiences were not good from female staffs. No acknowledgement, no word of thanks to the customer. If you don't want to work then don't. Save the world from your attitude. Mind you, there were barely any customers. Truly, lazy people is cancer for the planet.

Drinks taste the same as other outlets (it's good). Boba is soft and chewy. Don't bother ordering the snacks. It's decent but not worth the price. The juice drinks are a bit too sweet for my taste but it's ok, i would buy it again, but not from...

The crews always mess up my orders. 5 kali pergi, 5 kali salah. I ordered original milk tea, half sugar, no ice and got milk tea with pearl, no sugar, half ice. Bila I minta tukar, the manager came out and talk about me loudly with all the staff and ended up blaming me for the wrong order. In my defense, I didn’t order “original pearl milk tea” for them to mess up my order. And I’m the only customer at the time so busy isn’t an excuse.
