Update: The manager contacted me and mentioned that the owner ordered "do not buy any dry tissue from 2 weeks ago."
It's doesn't make sense the restaurant doesn't even store any dry tissue for the customers. Only can buy one small wet tissue for paying RM1.
I went here several times but they used to overcharge wet tissue even though I didn't use.
Today, I asked tall waitress to bring back the wet tissue. During meal, I asked her to give the "dry tissue" because they had a lot of dry tissue boxes before.
However, the waitress told me. "We don't have dry tissue, you can only use toilet tissue from the toilet"
How dare you mention "toilet" while customer is eating? You charge 16% of high tips in the bill, but you can't even offer small dry tissue? One dry tissue price is RM 0.00001
Owner, will you be so rich to mistreat on customers for removing all the dry tissues which used to have before? And forcely make customers buy your wet tissue with over price. Should we need to buy your wet tissue whenever we need? Even food truck on the street offers tissues if asking. But, your shop's foods are considered not cheap price and charge 16% additionally on the bill.
It's not about the wet tissue price, it's about your restaurant's mind.
I feel your shop treat the valuable customers as ATM machine.
Also, please maintain your shop clean, I was bitten by mosquitos for 6 times...
Read moreVisited this place due to the good review, booked for my mom’s birthday dinner and waited for more than 1 hour 15 mins to get the food to be served. In the end, we even cancelled a sushi roll due to the long waited time, the management and food service seriously need to be improve. They even approached us stated that the Japanese rice is finished after 55 minutes of waiting time, and yet no compensation is being given. As a customer, I feel no care and welcomed is being taken care of. It was a total unpleasant experience when it was supposedly be a happy birthday celebration which I really think the internal management should review on how y’all serve and make your servicing more effective...
Read moreStill a very salty izakaya place, most izakaya places focus on salting their meat sticks but this is too much for comfort. The squid was roasted to a very nice sear but the meat was slightly overcooked. The oysters just didnt fit the flavour that the chef concocted, it just made swallowing the oysters harder. The sashimi was too thick a cut and it was not cold enough which made it felt not too fresh. The service was also only focused on the bigger tables and wasabi was not even served with the sashimi and only came when requested. Had to call out to the staff several times for a drink refill. Not a good place...
