I ordered online via shopeefood, and then a while later i went asking them about my food since the app saying that order need to pickup . Yet, they laughing and said that they didnt notice order from the app. Hence, I have to wait a little longer meanwhile new walk in customer already enjoyed their food. If you dont want to accept online order, just said so and dont waste our time.

After finishing lunch today, we reminded different staff members to bring the pudding, but even after waiting for 10 minutes, they ignored us. They weren’t busy working either; they were just sitting around chatting. When we were about to leave, we told them we had been waiting for a long time but still didn’t get the pudding. The staff said they forgot.

We’ve been regular customers for a long time, but today’s experience was very disappointing. While the renovation has greatly improved the ambiance, the quality of service has significantly declined. First time at this outlet. Interior not as nice as Taman Melodies which we usually visit; no cute robot to serve orders too. There's a slight musty smell, probably due to the fabric upholstery.

My kids enjoy their Flying Set A (Fried Rice, Nuggets, Fries and Ice Lemon Tea) served in an aeroplane plate. I had their Teriyaki Crispy Chicken Burger which comes with Ice Lemon Tea/Lemonade. Unfortunately, the chicken patty was not crispy.
