Unmanned, no reception but still there is daily cleaning and maintenance. Staff is contacted through WhatsApp chat and is very helpful. Clear and easy check-in and checkout instructions.

Location is 15-20 minute cab ride to JB Sentral/city center, but there are many shops and some 24hr grocery stores within walking distance.

Plenty bathrooms/showers that are cleaned daily, complimentary flip flops to use around the premises. Common area to eat as eating in the capsule is now allowed.

Had a small issue with my capsule air vent as it was not letting in enough cold air, contacted staff over WhatsApp and they offered me an exchange. Can’t complain.

As the time of writing this, the capsule is about the same price as a luggage locker (even cheaper since most luggage lockers will charge you an extra 50myr if you exceed 24hours). So if you’re on the move or taking a 1-2 day trip to Singapore, I would suggest using this place as a quick pit-stop and storage.

Only downside is that the sound isolation in the capsules is not great. About 8 capsules per room, so if someone in your room snores then good luck or use ear plugs. This is my honest review. Me and my partner first impression is surprised, upset, and uncomfortable. 😳😟😣😱 Space - ⚠️the building and room very small space. Open room door hit the stair case of the capsule that's why the room door cannot open wide. People - ⚠️customers there act weird. Some foreigner customer looks like staying there for long term with all their belongings outside the capsule. The room space already so small. Environment - ⚠️no music. Quiet. Strange. Awkward. Cleanliness - ⚠️broken toilet. Cannot flush. Someone pee no flush. Broken bidet head. Broken sink. Dirty sink. Used soap at the sink. Plastic at the sink. Towel everywhere. Not tidy. Very honest review : PRO : clean capsule, cool experience, feel like in a space ship, everything worked in the capsule. Interesting location to see a different part of the city. Hot showers. Free towel. I slept very well. But yeah capsule are not "soundproofed" so if you have noisy people around you, you can hear everything. It is just a big plastic box. CON : very far from the centre at 9pm costed me 30 riggits to arrive here from Johor Bahru Checkpoint. In the morning 11 riggits to go to Larkin Bus Station. So if you add this to the cost of the room 38/45 riggits, maybe it is better to consider something more central. Big Big CON the team/staff states "operation hours only from 9am to 9pm".
