KFC Taman Molek — Restaurant in Johor

No star if it's possible. WARNING!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH!!!

I placed an order at 11am for a 5:30pm delivery. At 5:30pm, We waited 45 minutes the food still hasn't arrived. Called KFC branch MULTIPLE times but nobody picked up. After waiting for 45minutes, we decided to go the branch to collect our order. Only to realised that it wasn't even ready!!!! We waited another 15 minutes. Then when we got home, some items from our order were missing.

So we ended up a hour late for food, had to pick up our own order even we've PAID FOR DELIVERY, AND missing food that WE HAVE PAID FOR!!!

Overall atmosphere of the outlet is good. Food is so so (Permas branch better) . Similar experience with one of the customer here, the staff attitude is terrible here, especially a staff named Farah. When we start walking to counter, she was pointing at the kiosk and start shouting 'order at kiosk！'in a super rude manner. She never greet customer , never say thank you or u're welcomed after payment . This is basic response in service industry. "I’ve visited this KFC branch at Taman Molek several times, and I’ve often been disappointed by the attitude of the staff. However, today I had a much better experience thanks to Fatihae. She was incredibly attentive and seemed to really understand what the customers needed. Even though I was waiting for my food, she went the extra mile and served me a drink while I waited.
