Don't be fooled by its quiet, nonchalant atmosphere. It's run by a group of young entrepreneurs with a talent for dishing up surprisingly delicious food at affordable prices. We came almost closing time(the place retires at 5pm) and patrons are few and staggered. What surprised me was the frequency of patrons dropping by to do takeaways of their pastries - cute little fruit tarts and cream tarts. We were very hungry(plus it was raining), we ordered the curry noodles and mee rebus with egg.Wow! Their taste was really good (and i am comparing it with local shoutouts like The Toast, Roast N Coffee, Uncle Five, Uncle Boon etc)..., The curry was sweet, spicy and fragrant. The mee rebus , for once, tasted AUTHENTIC! it had the taste of meat, potatoes and the strong umami which other outlets fail to impress upon. The iced coffee was so-so, still we were happy with its size and thickness! I would return(if i am driving past) to try the rest of their offer, but do try their pastries and tarts...it gets sold out...

The fact was there were only two of us. We ordered only 4 items but they can left out 2 items. We are...
