Worst service ever! Missing ordered items and we told them to re-check what we have ordered but they still missed out. We told them to re-check the ordered items AT LEAST 3 times but they still got it wrong. Ordered for hotcakes as well, but wasn't being given the maple syrup, butter and cutleries! Given the butter then but it's all melted! Ordered for hot coffee, given cream and sugar sticks but not the stirrer. Requested for stirrer but they do not have it. For just a single order receipt, I have to go back and forth to the counter to get all the foods and stuffs done. Never freaking apologize and service is super slow. This is seriously ruining people's day! The waiting time is no joke too. They can prepare your orders halfway and do the other orders and your halfway-prepared food is no longer the 'served hot/warm'. This is so disappointing. Also, wondering why does McD even provide Happy Meal box packaging to this branch when their employees don't even bother to make use of it at all. They either just put the toys on top of our other food or put all 3 toys in a single box. We ordered few Happy Meals and we expect that we get what we paid for but in the end, we have to tell them to provide us with the box as they put all toys in a single box. They just simply pass the flat box to us upon request and don't even bother to pack the toys inside the box.I even saw them putting just toys on top of the other customers' food but lucky thing is that the particular customer doesn't have the energy to complain anymore as that customer had waited for so long that his day is also ruined. This is simply unacceptable. Does McD even train their employees or this kind of service is acceptable...

The food was not great. Very soggy hash brown, Cappuccino was served as latte, when asked the manager I believe wearing a black uniform just smirked pointed and told me see the cover it’s says cappuccino? It was so unprofessional and rude, thinking whatsoever I don’t know about my coffee ?? Americano was served warm, i was like giving up my morning. What kind of service this guys are doing.
If you don’t like to do your job just resign, don’t come to work disliking what you doing especially in F&B. Me working in FnB service industry for more than a decade this is so unacceptable when comes to basic service delivery.
