Mixue Muar Jalan Ali — Restaurant in Johor

I had a disappointing experience at Mixue Muar. When I want to buy my drinks, I have ordered and noticed that part of my order was missing. and i ask the staff and the counter staff don’t include my order, so i ordered again. back then when im asking them they took my receipt to reconfirm if its missing, then they dont give back my receipt . and im ask for the receipt. and he answered do you need the receipt? i said yes to collect my drinks i need to see the number on the receipt right. then he said no need . and i felt huhh? what and attitude the way it was handled was frustrating. The staff used a tone that felt dismissive, and there was no apology for the inconvenience caused. Even when handing over the drinks, there was no acknowledgment like a simple “thank you” or “sorry.”
