We took a Standard Deluxe room costing RM88 per night. That's quite cheap but you get what you pay for - a very basic room with no frills.||||1. Room is tiled and not carpeted. Reasonably clean although floor felt a bit dusty. ||2. Toilet bowl is very old and has some set-in stains at the edge of the seat cover.||3. Sink in toilet is very small and you have to bend very low to use it. As a result, you tend to knock your head on the amenity shelf above it as the shelf juts too far out. ||4. There's no shower stall or curtain to block off the spraying water when you shower, so the whole toilet including the toilet paper which is just next to the shower area gets completely wet.||5. There's no fridge and kettle in the room. However, hot/cold water is available at the corridor near the lift.||5. Room is quite small and there's no wardrobe.||6. Mattress is okay, at least it doesn't sink in the centre.. Pillows are very flat and soft.||7. We requested for a non-smoking room but got a smoking room instead. But we didn't bother to ask for a change of room as the reception lady didn't look too friendly. No smile or greeting from her when we arrived to do check-in.||8. Forget about watching TV - it was not clear at all.||9. Rooms with river view cost RM40 more which is almost half the cost of the room and there's no point paying that for a river view that has nothing to look at.|| ||Overall, this is not for fussy stayers and if you're not staying long and just need a bed to sleep on, this is...
Read moreWorst ever hotel I hv stayed in Muar.
When we entered the room, the toilet was locked. Asked the house keeping. They came n sort of made fun of us. Like don't believe why toilet cn be locked.
Bedsheets n comforter was disgustingly stained. House keeping can tell us, it's clean one. We knw it's washed but for goodness gracious bleach or don't re use lar.
Many cicak. Whole night cicak having party. Wall thin and can hear children playing next room and ppl dragging chair above.
While outside of the hotel, you will feel like ur in Bangladesh as it crowded by banglas. Hanging around. But I understand its due to the Raya festive and its holiday.
Towels are so thin and can hardly absorb water. Not to mention its smelly. Toilet has no partition. After bath everywhere is wet and floor mat is useless.
Bidet is without the spray gadget and the u literally have to bend down to open the tap.
Wifi not stable. Pls look at the message attached below. Can't even change the cello tape for message which is half faded.
Lights on top of bed not working. 1 switch controls all lights.
TOTAL Ripped Off rm180+ with the above. Taking advantage of festive season.
We are willing to pay drg festive season but not for this type of hotel.

One must bring along the TV and air-conditioner remote controllers together with the deposit receipt during check-out to get his/her deposit fully refundable. ||||The reception counter is located on the first floor of the building. There is a small lift for the guests to go up their rooms. This lift is situated on the ground floor of the building. The guests are required to use their room card to gain access to their room. This is an added security feature. Or else anyone can go up to higher floors in view of the location of the lift. ||||We booked a room for three adults (Triple Room). However, the slippers, bottled water and toothbrush & toothpaste are only provided for 2 persons. The air-conditioned room is spacious. The bathroom is clean and big too. Our room is located on 4th floor. There is a total of 5 floors in the building. Iron and ironing board, and the hot/cold water dispenser are available on our floor. ||||Overall, we had a good night stay in this hotel. We love its location and...
