I am seriously dissatisfied with the services and the food . I went to nandos today at midvalley southkey . . I ordered one quarter chicken with 2 sides ( peri peri fries and garlic bread ) and the food served was one quarter chicken and normal chips & garlic bread . The chicken was small compared to the normal quarter chicken that i had before in NANDO'S .The employee" was very unprofessional and rude
When I confronted the staff politely , he asked me show me the bill for the order so I did . He went in without saying anything and get a small ramekin bowl with some peri peri spices and placed on my table and ask when i ask what is this for . He ask me to sprinkle on my chips and told me you can just put it on your chips .
Thats definitely not the procedure i'm very sure and the way he said it was very unprofessional and rude . So when i ask him directly , is this how you serve he said no ! But kitchen didnt do it so you do it and eat as peri peri chips .
I am very unhappy and angry because i paid for my whole bill around rm60++ just for the staff to tell me the kitchen crew didnt do it so you do it . The lady manager after listening my complain give a silly reason such as this is a shortcut for kitchen .

My friend and I and ordered dinner and was served wrong orders. When I called the waiter's attention, he took the plate for my supposedly order and took it to counter, doubled check the table number and served to the table behind us, the wrong order of my friend he just left on our table. And came back after 5 minutes and served it directly to the table behind us.THAT IS VERY WRONG. Hygiene is always number 1 in every restaurant. I guess the staff doesn't know that. You cannot serve people the food you wrongly served to another table. That is unsanitary and gross. Finally after 10 minutes our food came. I asked the waiter to speak to a Supervisor or Manager on duty and Ms.Nurahsikin came to us and just said "Ah, the wrong order right" She wasn't apologetic at all, no compensation or whatever. She was just laughing and smiling there while i was complaining. That is so unprofessional for a manager /Supervisor to behave like that. Nothing is funny in the situation. She did apologized while laughing. The staff are obviously miserable, lack of training, lack of empathy. Will never recommend this place to anyone. I love Nando's but hate this service I received from this branch....

My family ordered mac and cheese and loaded chips, but I couldn’t help but notice that the kitchen staff—specifically the fair-skinned men—were not wearing gloves while preparing the food. I saw them using their bare hands to sprinkle cheese on top of the dishes, including the ones we ordered. It was extremely unhygienic.
I’m raising this issue because this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed such behavior at this establishment. Honestly, I think today will be my last visit here.
However, I did notice that the griller—a shorter man with darker skin (possibly Malay)—was following proper hygiene protocols.
I work in the department responsible for issuing food premise licenses in Kuala Lumpur, so I’m very particular about food hygiene and kitchen practices. In my view, the supervisor—who was wearing a different uniform—was not effectively monitoring or enforcing hygiene standards in the kitchen. The issue here is not just with the kitchen staff, but also with the supervisor, who failed to provide proper guidance and oversight on hygiene protocols.
